Folarin Falana is one of the highest-earning artists in the Nigerian music industry today.

As an artist, Falz has been making money off his music ever since he dropped his mixtape titled Shakara.

Now that he’s all grown up and probably about to marry, Falz’s life is definitely different from what we first fell in love with, and he’s got the money to show for it.

While Falz has a bunch of different streams of income, such as being a Certified lawyer in Nigeria, music is one of his biggest money-maker.

Early Life

Folarin Falana was born in the local government area of Mushin, Lagos, to the family of renowned lawyers and human rights activists Femi and Funmi Falana respectively.

This fact alone shows he comes from a well educated family: a family of lawyers as a matter of fact.

He attended basic and secondary school education at St. Leo’s Catholic Primary School, Ikeja, and Olashore International School, Osun State respectively.

It was through this secondary education that he discovered his talent in music and he continued developing his skills through his own unique style till today.

He is also a graduate of the University of Reading England, having graduated with an LLB honors degree in Law, definitely an Efiko like his parents.

He was subsequently called to the bar in 2012 after graduating from the Nigeria Law School in Abuja. But his career path in law was never meant to be as he had a real passion for music and he thus followed his heart.
